From there, you’ll get to one of the most famous sites in Florence, the breathtaking Duomo: be blown away by its impressive green and white marble facade! Find out why it is also known as St. Mary of the Flower Cathedral.

Continue your tour heading to the Signoria Square, the political heart of Florence.  Also, the imposing Palazzo Vecchio is particularly important as it is the seat of the comune and political power of Florence.

You’ll then proceed to the Old Bridge (Ponte Vecchio), one of the most romantic spots in Florence. This world-famous bridge is perfect for breathtaking selfies! Here, you will learn from your guide all about Florence’s Medieval history!

Continuing with the tour, visit the Santa Croce (Holy Cross Church). This is the burial place of many important Italian historical figures including Michelangelo and Galileo and your guide will share everything about these key figures in the Florentine as well as Italian past.
