If you want to have unforgettable memories of your Roman Holidays, we think you should definitely take a tour of the Colosseum at night! Your tour will start from our office located on Via Frangipane 30, just a few minutes walking from the Colosseum! You will receive headsets, to have a perfect understanding of your guide’s explanation during the tour, and you will be then ready to leave for this journey through time! Your English-speaking guide will lead the group along Via dei Fori Imperiali, Imperial Forum Street, to admire Ancient Roman Ruins that will leave you speechless. In fact, from here your eyes will enjoy the view of the Roman Forum from outside. Just at the end of the street you will find Venice Square, where the huge white marble building dedicated to King Victor Emmanuel II now stands. On the right end side you will be able to see Capitol Hill. Once home to the citadel of the first Roman settlement, it was gradually enriched with buildings and statues: the Senatorial Palace is nowadays the headquarters of the Mayor of Rome. It is now time to enter the Colosseum…Your expert guide will share with you all their knowledge on the history of the building and they will tell you about the spectacular gladiators’ combats that used to take place inside. Our tour of the Colosseum at night will give you the unique opportunity to enter the restricted areas of Colosseum that visitors cannot normally access. You will visit the Arena, where gladiators fought for their lives, and the Dungeons, where gladiators but also wild beasts were kept before the events. You cannot miss the chance of visiting the Colosseum and its Dungeons under the moonlight!

The whole duration of the tour is approximately 3 hours, between the time you will spend outside and inside the Colosseum. Spots are limited so please check our availability and be sure you make your reservation on time!
