Semi-private Colosseum Tour with Arena Entrance

Tour Description

With this 2.5 hours tour you and your small group of maximum 13 people will have the chance to enter the Colosseum from the Arena, one of its restricted areas. The arena was the very place where Gladiators used to fight and where shows were held! With our skip the line tickets you are allowed to enter the stage, saving your valuable time, by going directly to see the best of Ancient Rome!

Accompanied by an English speaking guide, join a semi private tour across the Colosseum and the rest of Ancient Rome. Entering directly from the gladiators entrance, start your tour from the very stage on which gladiators used to have their fights.

Proceed to the general levels of the Colosseum, the first and the second, the places reserved to wealthy people who belonged to the highest social classes. From there they could easily see the shows during the day. You will have a stunning view over Rome’s city center as well as the Roman Forum, the square and the core of ancient everyday life. Learn all about the lives of Emperors, nobles, Gladiators, Roman people and slaves, all congregated in the huge amphiteater of entertainment known as the Colosseum.

Next visits are the Palatine Hill and the Roman Forum. Discover one of the seven hills where wealthy families used to build their houses to have an amazing view on the Forum and Circus Maximus. From the Palatine Hill, walk down to the Roman Forum and stroll along its ruins. Here your guide will recount anecdotes of the Ancient Rome and history.

Join our semi private tour and learn everything you have ever wanted to know about the Ancient Rome!
