Cancellation policy of colosseum and Vatican Tours by Italy Wonders

Italy wonders reserves the right to cancel or amend any of our tours at any time for extenuating circumstances beyond our control, including strike or terrorism attack. In this case you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to transfer to another tour of equal or greater value and classification

Cancellation Policy for Private Tours

Cancellation 4 days or earlier prior to the scheduled tour are subject to a penalty fee. The cost of any guide or transfer will be refunded to you, but we will keep the price of pre-paid skip the line tickets. Pre paid skip-the-line tickets are strictly not refundable and they cannot be modified. Tickets are subject to full charge at the time of booking.

No refund will be provided if you cancel your tour within 4 days prior to the scheduled tour.

 

Cancellation Policy of Italy Wonders for Group Tours:

When you book a group tour and make the full payment you will receive a voucher. If you want to cancel the tour please contact our office and our booking staff will assist you. 

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours at the Vatican

Cancellations 24 hours before or before the scheduled tour are subject to a penalty: we will provide a partial refund, the penalty will be equal to the cost of the tickets previously purchased for you.  No refund will be provided if you cancel your tour within 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour. 

No- Show: If you do not show up at the tour or arrived late after the tour departed you lose the tour and we will not be able to offer another tour free of charge.

Cancellation Policy for Group Tours at the Colosseum

Group tours to ancient Rome are strictly not refundable. Tickets for the Colosseum are nominative: we kindly ask you to let us know the names of all those who join our our tours there.

No- Show: If you do not show up at the tour or arrived late after the tour departed you lose the tour and we will not be able to offer another tour free of charge. If you arrive late we can offer a special price to reschedule the tour.
