An ancient Roman house, dating back to the 1st century AD, is located and still standing on the lowest level. On the level just above you can see the portion of the house that during the 2nd century AD became a Pagan school dedicated to the God Mithra, then an Early Christian Basilica in 4th century AD. Your last stop will be in the higher level, where the actual St. Clemente’s Church is.
