300 ml of water

12 g of brewer’s yeast

150 grams of lard

In a container put the yeast with the warm water and add the lard. To this mixture add the flour little by little until it becomes a dough. Next we add the salt and pepper and continue kneading.

Once the dough is ready, add the pecorino and salami in small pieces and continue kneading until everything is incorporated.

Place the dough in the container that will go into the oven and place the whole eggs on top. Once ready, let it rest for at least 4 hours until it has doubled in size. Bake for 70 min at 170 degrees and that’s it.
